I learn something new at every wedding I shoot. So what did I learn this time? Well, I got sick at Mandy + Eric’s wedding. Like, I-don’t-know-how-I-made-it-home sick. I’m 99% sure I got too much sun and suffered from some heat stroke because it hit me as soon as I got to the reception (and went away after I got home, took some Tylenol and drank a gallon of water). Lesson learned. Now I stay in the shade at every opportunity, drink way more water and carry Tylenol in my bag.
Mandy + Eric got married in the middle of July at a park. I loved the feel of all their guests standing around them, instead of sitting in chairs. I loved the happy tears that were shed and I especially loved that the best man & the maid of honor had very similar (unplanned) speeches. Ah, memories.
