I’m lucky. I think I grew up in one of the most wonderful places in the country, Bradner (which is just outside of Abbotsford). Everytime I go “home”, I miss it, but it makes me appreciate the time I do get to spend there and I make a point to drive through every trip. This is my third time at this particular spot, and I told the owner he should rent his property out to other photographers. Right before I said this to him, he told me he was going to start charging me lol.

I went to high school with Malissa and she asked me to take her family photos here as well. I also did Stacey & Shane’s maternity session there, and then her big family session again a few months later. We had a fun session throwing rocks into the creek, crossing over the water via a fallen tree (I was a little scared for my equipment as I was crossing lol) and got some silly faces thrown in for good measure.
