What does the word “solo” have to do with wedding photography? Well, this was my very first solo wedding photography experience. Just me. And … I loved it!! The last time I shot a wedding, I was in the middle of my first trimester and not feeling so good. That was two years ago, and it’s taken me this long to get back in the saddle.
Melissa contacted me a week before her wedding. She found me through one of my advertisements, and wasn’t planning on hiring a photographer to cover her ceremony & reception, but I gave her an offer she couldn’t refuse (insert Godfather type music here) :)
The wedding was held at the Best Western Westwood Inn in Edmonton. I learned a lot in my first time out, and can’t wait for my next wedding in December.
